Finding Poker Sites Compatible With Linux Operating System

You hear a lot about which poker sites are Mac compatible but you don’t hear as much about poker sites compatible with Linux operating system. If you use the Linux operating system and enjoy online poker, then you already know how much of a challenge it can be to find sites to play at. Or perhaps you have both Windows and Linux, and while you prefer Linux, find yourself having to play online poker using Windows because you don’t know where to play that supports the Linux OS.
The fact is, poker software makers have yet to develop a poker client native to the Linux platform. But that does not mean you’re out of luck entirely. You could still play either no-download instant poker in Flash or Java, use a PC-emulator or play free, play money Linux poker games in preparation and practice for real money online poker games played on Windows.
